- 2 packages Boursin cheese
- 1 bunch fresh dill
- Assorted crackers
Stack the two boursin cheeses on top of eachother and cover in plastic wrap. Form into a sphere.
On your serving plate, place a pile of fresh dill in the centre as your golf green. Remove the plastic and add the cheese ball on top.
Grab a chopstick or the back of a wooden spoon and spray with some oil. Poke holes all around the cheese ball until it looks like a golf ball! Wipe off the excess cheese between each hole.
Arrange crackers around the plate and enjoy!
- You can make the cheese ball a day ahead of time. Store in the fridge and bring to room temperature 15 minutes before you plan to serve it.
- You can mix and match Boursin flavors, but pick light colored cheeses for the golf ball look.
- You can use any type of crackers you like. You could also spread the cheese ball on sliced cucumber, bell peppers, carrots, etc.
