Ingredients

  • cup 1% milk use 2% for a creamier texture, or skim for less calories
  • 1 serving vanilla whey protein powder (35g) or any vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar-free Jello pudding mix
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 golden Oreos

Instructions

  • Add the milk, protein powder, vanilla extract, and pudding mix to a Ninja Creami pint. Stir and freeze overnight.
  • Run the pint under warm water for 30 seconds then dry it off. Place in the outer bowl.
  • Blend on “Lite Ice Cream”, then add 1-2 tablespoon extra milk and “Re-spin”. Break up the golden Oreos and stuff them in the center of the ice cream. Blend on "Mix-In" mode. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • This recipe serves 2 as a healthier protein dessert.
  • Protein content will depend on the brand of protein powder and milk.
  • Use almond milk and a plant-based vanilla protein powder if you are vegan or dairy-free.
  • Run the pint under warm water to soften the sides and reduce ice crystals.
  • If you cannot finish the entire pint, flatten the top and re-freeze. Spin on "Lite Ice Cream" next time. The Oreos will blend into the base.
