Fruit Salad with Orange Juice Dressing

Fruit salad doesn't get easier or tastier than this! Combine your favorite summer fruits then toss with orange juice for a zesty and delicious mix. Enjoy this fruit salad with brunch, as a snack, or bring to a summer BBQ potluck.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries sliced into quarters
  • 3 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 2 clementines peeled and separated
  • 2 bananas peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup grapes
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest optional
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the fruits that need to be peeled and/or sliced.
  • Add all fruits to a large mixing bowl. Pour the orange juice on top, along with the lemon zest and honey if using. Use two large spoons to toss the salad. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.

Notes

  • You can add any fruits you like to this fruit salad.
  • The acid from the orange juice will help preserve the fruits for a few days in the fridge. 
  • Add honey to sweeten the salad if you wish.
