Cottage Cheese Chocolate Puddings

These 5-ingredient creamy chocolate puddings pack 14g of protein each—and you’d never guess they’re made with cottage cheese!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon espresso powder like Nescafé Gold, optional

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into two small containers, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • Enjoy topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings!

Notes

  • I typically use 2% cottage cheese, but any will work.
  • Espresso powder is finely ground instant coffee. I use Nescafé Gold brand, but you can omit this ingredient if you want.
