Orange juice, ginger ale, and orange sparkling water perfectly replicate the taste and texture of a bubbly mimosa. You will be shocked how you don't even miss the alcohol with these 3 simple ingredients. No non-alcoholic wine needed!

Ingredients

  • 3 oz orange juice
  • oz ginger ale
  • oz orange sparkling water
  • Garnish: orange slice

Instructions

  • Fill half your champagne flute with orange juice. Add ¼ flute ginger ale and ¼ flute sparkling water. Lightly stir and garnish with an orange slice.

Notes

  • I like to build this mimosa right in the champagne flute. Exact quantities may change depending on the volume of your flutes. Follow the ½ flute orange juice, ¼ flute ginger ale, and ¼ flute orange sparkling water proportions.
