While the cupcakes cool, cook the strawberries with red food coloring until thick.

Beat together the ingredients for buttercream.

Use a piping tip to remove the core of the cupcakes. Fill with the red strawberry jam using a piping bag.

Pipe the buttercream on top of the cupcakes to cover the hole. Pipe 2 little fang marks into the icing.
