Sweet & Spicy Beef Stir Fry

This healthy sweet and spicy beef stir fry features a quinoa or rice base topped with a soy, chili, garlic spiced beef and vegetable mixture. It is gluten-free, dairy-free, and flavour-packed!

Ingredients Needed

(1) Cook the quinoa according to package instructions while browning the ground beef.

(2) Chop the veggies and add to the ground beef pan once fully browned. Cook for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

(3) Mix together the sauce ingredients. Pour into the pan and cook for 2 minutes.

(4) Plate the quinoa topped with the beef, veggies, and sauce mixture. Top with sesame seeds, green onion, and chilis. Enjoy!
