These gluten-free and dairy-free brownies are the ultimate treat! With 2 types of chocolate, a crackly top, and an ultra fudgy centre, these are going to be the best brownies you've ever made.

Ingredients

Melt the chocolate and butter together in the microwave. Let cool.

In a stand mixer, whisk the eggs and sugar together for 5 minutes.

Pour the melted chocolate and butter into the whisked eggs. Add the flour and cocoa powder.

Pour into a lined 8x8" baking pan and bake at 325ºF until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. 

Let cool completely, about 2 hours. 

Use a warm, sharp knife to slice into 16 squares.
