STEP 1

Blend the eggs, ricotta, milk, and spices for 20 seconds until combined.

In a silicone muffin pan over a sheet pan, add a handful of each chopped vegetable.

STEP 3

Pour the egg mixture over the veggies. Top with chopped basil. Fill the pan below with boiling water. Bake at 325ºF for 30 minutes.

Allow to cool for 5 minutes before gently removing the bites from the pan. Enjoy hot or allow to cool and store for meal prep.
