Pasta with Peas  and Pancetta

STEP 1

Chop the pancetta into small cubes.

Place the pancetta in a cold pan, then turn the heat up to medium. Cook until all the fat has rendered out and discard the fat.

Add the garlic and peas. Add the shredded cheese and some pasta water to form a sauce.

Add the cooked orecchiette and toss to combine everything. Enjoy!
