Mini Egg Rice Krispie Squares

STEP 1

In a ziplock bag, crush the mini eggs into chunks with a mallet. Keep them large, don't turn them into dust.

In a large pot on the stove, melt the butter and marshmallows together.

Off the heat, add the rice krispies, extra mini marshmallows, and crushed mini eggs. Quickly fold together.

STEP 4

Press into a parchment lined square pan. Top with more mini eggs. Let them chill for an hour to cool.

Slice into 16 squares and keep in an airtight container.
