These healthy burger bowls combine all the flavours of a classic burger in a low carb, easy to prepare bowl. They are gluten free, easily dairy free, and easily customizable for everyone to enjoy!

Burger Meat

– ground beef – garlic powder – gluten-free Worcestershire sauce – salt & pepper

– mayonnaise – ketchup – mustard – relish – lemon juice – garlic powder – paprika and onion powder – salt & pepper

Bowls

– lettuce of choice – cherry tomatoes – dill pickles – cheese (use dairy-free if preferred) – banana peppers – red onion

(1) Heat a large skillet over medium. Add the ground beef and cook until brown (6-7 minutes). Add the burger meat seasonings.

(2) Mix all of the special sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Prepare ahead of time and store in the fridge or add directly to the bowls.

(3) To build the bowls, start with a good serving of lettuce. Add your toppings of choice, drizzle with special sauce, and mix! Hope you enjoy!
