Ingredients

STEP 1

Bloom the yeast in warm water with sugar.

Mix the psyllium husk with warm water and wait 10 minutes to form a gel.

Mix the wet & dry ingredients in a stand mixer.

STEP 4

Dust with flour and roll into 9 even dough balls. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Brush with olive oil then bake.

STEP 6

Allow to cool slightly for the crumb to set. Enjoy with butter or as a sandwich.
