Mix the cookie dough ingredients together.

Die half of the cookie dough red. Roll each coloured dough into a large rectangle.

Place the dough rectangles on top of eachother and tightly roll together.

Roll the dough log in sprinkles then wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Slice into rounds.
