STEP 1

Bloom the instant yeast then mix together all ingredients to form a dough.

STEP 2

Let the dough rise until doubled, about 2 hours.

STEP 3

Place the dough on parchment paper and lower into a pre-heated dutch oven with the lid on.

STEP 4

Remove the lid halfway through cooking. Remove to a wire rack to cool. Enjoy with butter, on  sandwiches, you name it!
