Ingredients

STEP 1

Mix together the shortbread crust ingredients.

Press the shortbread into a square pan and poke with a fork. Chill before baking.

Bake the shortbread crust. Allow to cool.

STEP 4

Melt the caramel ingredients gently over medium heat.

STEP 5

Bring the caramel to 245ºF then remove from heat. This will take several minutes!

Pour the caramel onto the shortbread base and allow to cool.

STEP 7

Top the cooled caramel with chocolate. Allow to set before slicing.

Slice into 16 bars and enjoy!
