Ingredients

Gluten-Free Lemon Loaf – Butter –Sugar – Sour cream – Avocado oil – Eggs – Lemon – Vanilla extract – Lemon extract – Gluten-free flour – Baking powder – Baking soda – Salt Buttercream Icing – Butter – Powdered sugar – Lemon extract – Milk

STEP 1

Beat the butter and sugar for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the wet ingredients.

Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Pour into a greased 9x5" loaf pan.

STEP 3

Bake at 350ºF for 65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

Prepare the buttercream icing while the loaf cools.
