Ingredients

Prepare the breading station with pickles, flour, egg, breadcrumbs, and sheet pan.

Dry pickles with a paper towel then toss in gluten-free flour.

Dip the floured pickle in the seasoned egg mixture.

Coat the pickle generously in gluten-free breadcrumbs. Pat well.

Freeze the breaded pickles for about 30 minutes to solidify.

Air fry at 375ºF for 13-15 minutes until crispy.

OR Bake at 425ºF for 15-20 minutes.

Enjoy immediately dipped in ranch dressing!
