Slowly mix in the Caputo Fioreglut gluten free flour and salt.

Add flour until you're able to knead the dough together.

STEP 4

Place in an oiled bowl and allow to double in size.

Spread the dough onto an oiled baking sheet. Dimple with your fingers and add your choice of toppings.
