Bloom the yeast in warm water with sugar.

Mix in the wet & dry ingredients.

Knead the dough until smooth.

STEP 4

Set aside, covered, to rise.

STEP 5

Once risen, press into an oiled baking sheet.

Top with rosemary, olives, and/or roasted red peppers.

STEP 7

Bake until golden. Allow to cool slightly.
