In a large bowl, stir together the yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

Pour in the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, half the flour, and salt. Mix with a fork, then add the remaining flour and knead.

Let the dough rise for one hour.

Oil a square metal baking dish and use your fingers to dimple the dough, then let it rise for another 30-45 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 500ºF. Top the pizza with cheese, sauce, then pepperoni.
