Sauté the onion, garlic, and spinach. Mix into the ricotta, egg, parmesan, and spices.

Add the filling to a piping bag and fill each cannelloni tube with it.

Arrange the stuffed cannelloni in a baking dish on top of tomato sauce.

Top with more sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake covered then broil to brown the cheese. Enjoy hot!
