Ingredients Needed

– ripe bananas – maple syrup – applesauce – sour cream (dairy-free)  – eggs – gluten-free all purpose flour  – baking powder – baking soda –  salt

(1) Preheat the oven to 325ºF and whisk together the wet ingredients.

(2) Fold in the dry ingredients gently. Pour the batter into a greased 9x5" pan.

(3) Bake for about 65 minutes, until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.

(4) Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely. Do not cut while the loaf is warm!

(5) For best results, store the banana bread in an airtight container overnight. Trust me, it's better the next day!
