GLUTEN FREE Baked Apple Fritters

Crispy yet fluffy, these healthier gluten-free baked apple fritters are the perfect fall treat. These fritters contain minimal oil, are easily dairy-free, and also include air fryer instructions.

Ingredients

Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the cold butter.

Cut the cold butter in with your hands or a pastry cutter.

Mix the wet ingredients separately and add to the dry ingredients.

Gently fold in the chopped apples.

Allow the batter to sit for 5 minutes. 

Scoop the batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake at 425ºF for 12-13 minutes. Prepare the glaze while they bake. 

Let cool for 2 minutes, then dunk in the glaze and set on a wire rack.
