CRISPY GLUTEN FREE ONION RINGS

These gluten-free onion rings taste like they came straight from the pub. They're crispy and full of flavour, not to mention gluten-free and dairy-free!

Ingredients

Slice onions into thick rings. 

Dip sliced onions into dry batter.

Mix milk and egg into dry batter. Dip onions into wet batter one at a time before frying.

Fry 1-3 onion rings at a time. They should brown in about 30 second - 1 minute per side.

Flip and cook an additional 30-60 seconds. 

Carefully remove the onion rings from the oil. Rest on a paper towel-lined plate. 

Serve while hot with several dipping sauces.
