Ingredients

– broccoli crowns  – red onion – craisins – pine nuts or slivered almonds Dressing - mayonnaise, use vegan if preferred – apple cider vinegar – sugar – lemon juice – salt and pepper

Chop the broccoli and onion. Add to a large bowl with the craisins and nuts.

Mix together the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad.

Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Enjoy cold! Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
