Brown the butter and allow to cool until softened.

Beat the brown butter and sugar until fluffy. Then gently mix in the flour and a few tbsp water.

Roll the dough into a log and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for a few hours.

Slice the dough log into 1/2" thick rounds.

Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy!
